no909 terms of service
Terms of Service

The rules for using no909.

These Terms of Service explain what you can expect from no909, what we expect from users, and the conditions that apply when you access our website, login pages, AI chat interface, APIs, enterprise pages, and related services.

What these terms cover

These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and no909. They apply when you visit no909.com, create or use an account, sign in to the AI chat interface, use enterprise pages, interact with APIs, or use any feature that refers to these terms.

By accessing or using 'no909', you agree to follow these terms. If you use the service for a company, team, client, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on that organization's behalf.

no909 is an AI service. AI-generated responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
Plain-language purpose These terms define account access, permitted use, content rights, AI limitations, and operational responsibilities.
Related policy The no909 Privacy Policy explains how data may be collected, used, stored, protected, and deleted.

Service provider

The services are provided by no909. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean no909 and any authorized operators, administrators, contractors, or service providers acting on behalf of no909 for the purpose of operating the service.

The public website, login pages, chat interface, server-side storage, and Python AI backend may be deployed through hosting infrastructure, Nginx, PHP, database storage, local model endpoints, third-party AI providers, or other technical systems chosen by no909.

Eligibility and authority

You may use no909 only if you are legally allowed to enter into these terms and use the service under applicable law. The service is not intended for children or for users who are prohibited from using AI services, online services, or related technology under applicable rules.

  • You must provide accurate account or contact information when required.
  • You must not use the service if your account has been suspended or disabled.
  • You must not use no909 where doing so would violate sanctions, export controls, or other legal restrictions.
  • If you use the service for an organization, you must have permission to do so.

Accounts and login

Some parts of 'no909' require an account. You are responsible for keeping your username, password, sessions, devices, and account access secure. You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Account responsibilities

  • Use a strong password and keep it confidential.
  • Do not share accounts unless no909 has explicitly approved shared access.
  • Do not attempt to access another user's account, conversations, or data.
  • Keep account details accurate when a profile or admin panel is available.

Administrative accounts

Administrators may have access to user management, conversation records, infrastructure settings, logs, model configuration, and other sensitive areas. Admin access must be used only for legitimate operational, support, security, legal, or enterprise management purposes.

Using the service

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use no909 in accordance with these terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional instructions shown in the product.

no909 may include public pages, login pages, AI chat, chat history, future subscription pages, enterprise features, APIs, model routing, file workflows, retrieval, agents, voice, image generation, memory, and other features as the product develops.

Features may be added, changed, limited, suspended, or removed. We may also impose usage limits, rate limits, storage limits, model limits, file size limits, or access restrictions where needed for safety, cost control, product stability, or legal compliance.

AI features and outputs

no909 uses AI models to generate responses from prompts, conversation context, system instructions, uploaded content, retrieved documents, or other information made available to the model. AI output is generated probabilistically and may not be correct.

No professional advice

AI output is not legal, medical, financial, tax, safety, engineering, compliance, investment, or other professional advice. You must consult qualified professionals before making decisions that could affect rights, safety, money, health, legal obligations, or business risk.

User review required

You are responsible for checking AI output for accuracy, suitability, originality, legality, security, bias, and policy compliance before using, publishing, sharing, or acting on it.

Model limitations

  • AI may invent facts, sources, dates, names, links, code behavior, or policies.
  • AI may produce similar or identical responses for different users.
  • AI may misunderstand instructions or fail to follow constraints.
  • AI may generate unsafe code, insecure recommendations, or outdated information.
  • AI may not know about recent events unless connected to current data sources.

Your content

You keep ownership of prompts, files, messages, instructions, documents, feedback, and other content you submit to 'no909', subject to any rights held by others. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit, process, upload, or share that content.

Permission you give no909

You give no909 a limited permission to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, format, analyze, and use your content only as needed to operate, secure, support, troubleshoot, and improve the service, including generating AI responses and maintaining chat history where enabled.

Sensitive content

Do not submit passwords, private keys, payment card data, government identifiers, medical records, legal secrets, trade secrets, confidential customer data, or regulated information unless your deployment has been specifically approved and configured for that type of data.

Feedback

If you send suggestions, bug reports, ideas, designs, workflows, or other feedback, we may use that feedback without obligation to compensate you, while respecting privacy and confidentiality obligations that apply to the information you provide.

Acceptable use

You must use no909 responsibly and lawfully. You must not misuse the service, harm others, interfere with systems, bypass protections, or use AI output in ways that create unreasonable risk.

You must not use no909 to

  • Violate laws, regulations, court orders, contracts, or third-party rights.
  • Generate, distribute, or facilitate malware, credential theft, phishing, spam, fraud, or abuse.
  • Impersonate others, misrepresent AI-generated content, or deceive people about source or identity.
  • Harass, threaten, defame, exploit, discriminate against, or harm individuals or groups.
  • Submit content you do not have the right to use.
  • Bypass authentication, rate limits, model restrictions, security controls, or access permissions.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, attack, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
  • Use outputs as the sole basis for high-impact decisions about employment, credit, housing, healthcare, law, safety, or eligibility.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take action where needed to protect users, infrastructure, legal compliance, or the integrity of the product.

Business and enterprise use

If you use 'no909' for a company, agency, client, school, nonprofit, or other organization, that organization is responsible for its users, submitted content, internal policies, compliance obligations, and decisions made using AI outputs.

Enterprise administrators

Organization administrators may control accounts, access, retention, model options, workspace settings, security settings, and other configuration. Users should assume their organization may have access to workspaces, logs, prompts, outputs, or usage records where enterprise administration is enabled.

Separate agreements

Enterprise deployments may be governed by additional written agreements, statements of work, data processing terms, support terms, or security addenda. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these public terms, the signed agreement controls for the covered enterprise services.

Software, APIs, and updates

no909 may provide web software, backend APIs, scripts, model connectors, database tooling, admin tools, or other components. These components may be updated for security, reliability, compatibility, performance, or product improvement.

You must not copy, modify, distribute, resell, sublicense, host, or provide access to no909 software or services except as allowed by written permission, open-source license terms if any apply, or an enterprise agreement.

Intellectual property

no909, its product design, website structure, code, branding, visual identity, documentation, service names, logos, and proprietary technology are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited permission to use the service, these terms do not transfer ownership of no909 intellectual property.

Third-party content and services

The service may connect to AI models, hosting providers, libraries, fonts, tools, open-source software, or third-party services. Those components may be subject to their own licenses, terms, privacy notices, or acceptable-use policies.

Output ownership

Subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and your compliance with these terms, you may use AI outputs generated for you. Because AI systems can produce similar output for different users, no909 does not guarantee exclusivity, originality, copyrightability, or non-infringement of any output.

Privacy and data

Our Privacy Policy explains how no909 may collect, use, process, store, protect, retain, and disclose information. It also explains chat history, account data, cookies, logs, AI backend processing, security contacts, and user choices.

By using the service, you acknowledge that prompts, conversation context, account data, logs, and technical metadata may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy and as necessary to provide the service.

Privacy questions should be sent to contact@no909.com. Security-specific issues should be sent to security@no909.com.

Changes to the service or terms

no909 may update features, pages, APIs, model connections, storage design, pricing, usage limits, these terms, or related policies as the product develops. If changes are material, we should provide reasonable notice through the website, account area, email, or another appropriate method.

Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply to your use. If you do not agree with updated terms, you should stop using the service and contact us about account closure or data questions where applicable.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe a user has violated these terms, created security risk, caused operational harm, used the service unlawfully, failed to pay applicable fees, or exposed no909 or others to legal or safety risk.

We may also remove or restrict content when needed to comply with law, protect rights, respond to abuse, enforce policies, resolve technical issues, or protect users and infrastructure.

You may stop using no909 at any time. Account closure, history deletion, export, or retention requests may be handled according to the Privacy Policy, enterprise agreement, backup schedule, and applicable law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, perfect security, specific model behavior, accurate AI output, compatibility with every system, or suitability for every use case.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, no909 is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages; loss of data; business interruption; reputational harm; or decisions made based on AI output.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are a professional operational draft for no909 and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before major commercial launch, regulated use, or enterprise contracting.
